Bandwidth will be performing network maintenance in our DFW data center. To eliminate potential for impact, customers should be prepared to receive-from and route-to their corresponding geo-redundant location. During the maintenance window, Bandwidth is taking necessary steps to minimize impact to calls sent through the DFW data center.
Outbound Voice (termination) calls: Bandwidth advises that customers route all calls through their geo-redundant site during this maintenance window to eliminate any potential impact.
Emergency (911) Voice Calling: Bandwidth advises that customers route all calls through the ATL data center.
SMS/MMS Messaging: We advise customers to point their outbound message traffic to our LAX data center to avoid any service disruption.
The following services will not be impacted during the maintenance: HTTP Voice / Messaging services Number Ordering / Provisioning / Management API services

Bandwidth will be performing IP Network maintenance in our LAX data center. To eliminate potential for impact, customers should be prepared to receive-from and route-to their corresponding geo-redundant location. During the maintenance window, Bandwidth is taking necessary steps to minimize impact to calls sent through the LAX data center.

Bandwidth will be performing scheduled maintenance in the Belgium data center.
As a part of the maintenance, with the intent of minimizing impact to voice services, Bandwidth will be removing voice traffic from the Belgium data center, redirecting traffic to geo-redundant global data centers. As a result of the traffic removal, customers may observe their voice traffic being routed to/from them through our geo-redundant global data centers. Bandwidth advises customers connecting exclusively to the Belgium data center to proactively re-route their traffic to our geo-redundant data centers to avoid any possible disruption to services.
