Starting at 1pm Bandwidth will begin implementing changes where customers will start to see expected 6-digit timestamps. If customers made any changes to only exclusively accept 9-digit timestamps, they will need to adjust their systems to re-accept 6-digit time stamps.

Bandwidth teams have identified an incident impacting SMS timestamps becoming 9-digits rather than the expected 6-digit. Teams are working to restore the 6-digit timestamp.
