Bandwidth will be performing emergency maintenance to update certificates in our ATL, DFW, JFK and LAX data centers. The updates will be applied in a rolling manner in order to maintain geo-diversity for all services and while all steps are being taken to minimize impact, customers may see impairments for the following services during the update in each site:
Core and API Voice: Calls in the process of setup may be impacted.
Core and API Messaging: Active messages will be held in queue to be delivered once the update is complete.
911: There will be no impact to 911 calls during the updates.
Portals: There will be no impact to Bandwidth portals during the updates.
