Our vendor has identified the issue and has implemented a fix. Our Support and Ticketing portal has remained stable. Some MMS customers hosting media on Cloudflare dependent services may have experienced media download errors and messaging callback delays between 5:11-5:38 PM ET. We will continue to monitor for stability.
