Bandwidth will be performing network EVS (911) maintenance in our DFW data center. While all steps have been taken to minimize impact to calls, Bandwidth advises that customers route all EVS (911) calls through the ATL data center for the duration of the maintenance to ensure no interruption in service.
New IP provisioning for 911 will be frozen up to 96 hours prior to this activity until its completion.
