The BWI dashboard encountered an outage that prevented web portal access and affected API, API Insight, API v2 and v4 functions, and Datadog between 4:17am-6:30am ET. Full function has been restored at this time. No orders or events were lost, users would have received an error trying to make any submission and would have had to wait for restoration to resubmit.
