Scheduled
Bandwidth will be performing URGENT IP Network maintenance in our LAX data center. To eliminate potential for impact, customers should be prepared to receive-from and route-to their corresponding geo-redundant location. During the maintenance window, Bandwidth is taking necessary steps to minimize impact to calls sent through the LAX data center.

Inbound Voice (origination) calls: We anticipate service disruption for a small portion of inbound calls in the following local markets:

620 - Rochester, MN
626 - St. Cloud, MN
636 - Fargo, ND
650 - Billings, MT
654 - Cheyenne, WY
668 - Tucson, AZ
670 - Eugene, OR
676 - Spokane, WA
720 - Reno, NV
724 - Chico, CA
728 - Fresno, CA
734 - Bakersfield, CA
736 - Monterey, CA
740 - San Luis Obispo, CA
973 - Palm Springs, CA

Outbound Voice (termination) calls: We suggest that customers route all calls through their geo-redundant site during this maintenance window to eliminate any potential impact.

SMS/MMS Messaging: We advise customers to point their outbound message traffic to our DFW data center to avoid any service disruption.

The following services will not be impacted during the maintenance:
Emergency (911) voice calling
HTTP Voice / Messaging services
Number Ordering / Provisioning / Management API services
