Bandwidth will be performing maintenance in our LAX data center. While necessary steps are being taken to minimize impact to services, there will be a momentary brief disruption to a subset of inbound and outbound calls (approximately 1-10 seconds) where customers will experience dead air on calls that have already established. Bandwidth advises SBC voice customers connected to the LAX data center to point their traffic to the redundant DFW data center to avoid any service disruption.
There will be no impact to 911 calling during this maintenance.
