Bandwidth will be performing a firewall upgrade in our DFW data center. While Bandwidth is taking necessary steps to minimize impact to calls and messages sent through the DFW data center, there will be a brief disruption of services.

Outbound Voice (termination) calls: Customers may choose to route all calls through their geo-redundant site during this maintenance window to eliminate any potential impact.

SMS/MMS Messaging: Customers may choose to point their messaging traffic to the geo-redundant DFW data center to avoid any potential service disruption.

Emergency (911) Customers may choose to route their calls through the ATL data center.

Inbound Voice (origination) calls: We anticipate service disruption for a small portion of inbound calls in the following local markets:

368 - Peoria, IL
440 - Savannah, GA
472 - Chattanooga, TN
