Between 08:56 - 10:00 UTC on January 8, a subset of outbound voice calls in our Germany market were unable to be completed.
Bandwidth is continuing to investigate this issue to identify the root cause and all actions necessary to prevent this from recurring and will update this post with an Incident Report after investigations have concluded.

Resolved
For a brief period some outbound Germany based calls failed to process as expected. At this time we are observing expected network behavior and conceder this incident resolved.
