Bandwidth teams are currently addressing an off-network condition which may potentially be affecting ALI delivery on some 911 calls made to selected PSAPs in TX, IL, OH, WI, MI, FL, GA & SC. Bandwidth determined that in order to facilitate the fastest possible answer and response time for 911 callers, we elected to suppress ALI protecting mitigating reroutes for a select set of PSAPs in these states. This potential ALI fault condition is isolated to an off-net vendor who is actively working to restore a component in their network; Bandwidth is aggressively escalating for resolution.
For clarity, 911 call delivery itself is not impacted, and calls have been and continue to complete as expected; they just may not be presenting ALI. The Bandwidth 911 network has been and remains operational.
