Between 11:36 - 15:41 UTC on November 18, the Bandwidth App, Global Portal and Programmable Voice services encountered disruption due to a critical impairment in our industry provider’s network.
Bandwidth is continuing to investigate this issue to identify the root cause and all actions necessary to prevent this from recurring and will update this post with an Incident Report after investigations have concluded.
