Between 13:02 - 14:43 UTC on March 3, a subset of Bandwidth US customer voice traffic was unable to reach Bandwidth due to misrouted internet traffic which resulted in inbound and outbound call failures for affected customers. Additionally, customers encountered instability when attempting to access the Bandwidth App. Bandwidth has concluded its investigation of this issue and details can be found in the following Incident Report:
