Between August 8, 2021, 9:36 AM - August 10, 2021, at 3:24 PM, customers may have intermittently been unable to send or receive V2 messages which resulted in receiving a 4405 error. This was an extremely intermittent incident. At this time, all V2 Messaging pathways are operating as designed.
