Bandwidth will be performing maintenance on the Bandwidth 7 & 9 voice proxies. While Bandwidth is taking necessary steps to minimize impact, there will be brief service disruption. Outbound voice traffic will experience a one-time drop of any calls that are in the setup/initialization process during the maintenance window. It is anticipated this interruption will only last a few seconds. Any calls already established will not be impacted.
Customers currently connected directly to Bandwidth SBCs will not be impacted by this maintenance and can ignore this maintenance notification.
