Bandwidth customers using our UC product may have received duplicate inbound calls via our JFK Data Center for a brief period of time. One call would be the valid call of the two duplicate calls, and the other would have been an invalid call with no party on the other end. Bandwidth teams have identified the cause of the issue and implemented a solution to resolve this incident. At this time the Bandwidth Network and UC Product suite are operating as expected.
