Bandwidth will be performing network EVS (911) maintenance in our ATL data center. While all steps have been taken to minimize impact to calls, Bandwidth advises that customers route all EVS (911) calls through the DFW data center for the duration of the maintenance to ensure no interruption in service.
During the maintenance, the dashboard will be accessible for read-only activities, however provisioning activities including changes to accounts, endpoints, locations, callbacks and notifications will not be available.
