Bandwidth will be performing network maintenance in our ATL data center. To eliminate potential for impact, customers should be prepared to receive-from and route-to their corresponding geo-redundant location. During the maintenance window, Bandwidth is taking necessary steps to minimize impact to calls sent through the ATL data center.
Inbound Voice (origination) calls: We anticipate service disruption for a small portion of inbound calls in the following local markets:
244 - Roanoke, VA
332 - South Bend, IN
350 - Appleton, WI
420 - Asheville, NC
428 - Wilmington, NC
432 - Myrtle Beach, SC
442 - Augusta, GA
534 - Topeka, KS
Outbound Voice (termination) calls: Bandwidth advises that customers route all calls through their geo-redundant site during this maintenance window to eliminate any potential impact.
Emergency (911) Voice Calling: Bandwidth advises that customers route all calls through the DFW data center.
The following services will not be impacted during the maintenance:
HTTP Voice / Messaging services
