We are continuing to work with our vendor to restore network stability. REST API MMS continues to have a full-service impact. Certain BMXL call flows are impacted. An additional update will be provided in one hour or earlier if needed.

We are working to identify a full list of impacted BMXL call flows. REST API HTTP & REST API SIP Voice are not impacted. An additional update will be provided in one hour or earlier if needed.

We have identified that this network impairment is causing intermittent REST API Voice & BMXL outage. REST API MMS is experiencing a full-service impairment. REST API SMS services do not appear to be impacted at this time. We have escalated with our vendor and are working with them to restore network stability.

The Bandwidth Team is investigating a network impairment with the Bandwidth REST API Services. We are currently investigating the cause of this impairment.
This incident affected: United States Outbound Calling Services (REST APIs - HTTP Voice - United States, REST APIs - SIP Voice - United States, BXML - United States), United States Inbound Calling Services (REST APIs - HTTP Voice - United States, REST APIs - SIP Voice - United States, BXML - United States), and United States Messaging Services (REST APIs - HTTP MMS Messaging).
