Lumen has confirmed they resolved the issue, the backlog of affected orders has now been cleared, and activations are processing normally at this time. Bandwidth is considering this issue resolved.

Our off-net vendor Lumen has advised they are experiencing an issue causing delays in porting activation on their end. We're currently engaged with their teams to find a solution.
