Bandwidth will be performing maintenance on JFK Edge Proxy 04. While steps have been taken to minimize impact, the JFK Edge Proxy 04 will experience a brief period of time where it will be unable to process calls during the maintenance window.
The geo-redundant DFW Edge Proxy 04 will be unaffected during this event. Edge Proxy 04 customers may choose to point all traffic to DFW to ensure no interruption to service.
Customers currently connected directly to Bandwidth SBCs will not be impacted by this maintenance and can ignore this maintenance notification.
