Bandwidth teams are currently investigating outbound Toll Free MMS messages failing when sent toward TMobile. The Industry Provider (ZipWhip) continues to work towards resolving their network incident which is causing this impact.

Both SMS AND MMS messages are delivering in real time, but DLRS have been disabled by the industry vendor until they have fixed the source of the issue. It will remain that way until tomorrow morning, at which time we’ll push for further updates.
