Bandwidth will be performing a firewall upgrade in our ATL data center. While Bandwidth is taking necessary steps to minimize impact to calls sent through the ATL data center, there will be a brief disruption of services.
Inbound Voice (origination) calls: We anticipate service disruption for a small portion of inbound calls in the following local markets:
338 - Bloomington, IN
350 - Appleton, WI
420 - Asheville, NC
432 - Myrtle Beach, SC
442 - Augusta, GA
446 - Macon, GA
534 - Topeka, KS
632 - Des Moines, IA
634 - Davenport, IA
920 - New Haven, CT
Outbound Voice (termination) calls: Bandwidth advises that customers route all calls through their geo-redundant site during this maintenance window to eliminate any potential impact.
Emergency (911) Voice Calling: Bandwidth advises that customers route all calls through the DFW data center.
The following services will not be impacted during the maintenance:
SMS/MMS Messaging
HTTP Voice / Messaging services
Number Ordering / Provisioning / Management API services
