Between 06:40 - 09:40 UTC on September 23, a subset of outbound voice calls through our Belgium market was unable to be completed.
Bandwidth is continuing to investigate this issue to identify the root cause and all actions necessary to prevent this from recurring and will update this post with an Incident Report after investigations have concluded.

Teams have identified an incident impacting outbound voice traffic in Belgium. This is isolated to an off-network vendor and teams are working with the impaired vendor to restore outbound traffic.
