Bandwidth will be performing emergency maintenance to one of our DFW Session Border Controllers (SBC).
While all steps have been taken to minimize impact to customers, the maintenance will disrupt the availability of the SIP signaling port. Bandwidth will be removing traffic from the DFW SBC prior to the upgrade and will restore traffic to the SBC at the completion of the upgrade. This will return a 503 error code for all termination calls destined to this SBC during the maintenance, allowing calls to automatically retry and traverse the geo-redundant SBC
