We have observed services in this market have recovered and our carrier is finalizing repairs. This incident will be resolved when we confirm all repairs are complete.

Carrier reports that the Local Carrier advised that their Splice Crew is still prepping the tails on each end. There is no ETR at this time. Will continue to monitor, market has been stable.

Circuit has recovered. Our Carrier reports that TNOC is still seeing some services impacted in the Fort Wayne IN area. US Signal advised they are investigating another possible fiber cut in Fort Wayne IN.
