Bandwidth will be performing emergency network EVS (911) maintenance in our DFW data center. While all steps have been taken to minimize impact to calls, Bandwidth advises that customers route all EVS (911) calls through the ATL data center for the duration of the maintenance to ensure no interruption in service.
During the maintenance, the dashboard will be accessible for read-only activities, however provisioning activities including changes to accounts, endpoints, locations, callbacks and notifications will not be available.
