Bandwidth has concluded its investigation of this issue and determined that between 14:30 - 15:10 UTC on July 22, customers may have observed minor delays in porting activations as a result of an impairment in Bandwidth’s porting partner’s infrastructure.

One of our vendors briefly experienced an issue that caused delays to their porting platform. Porting services have recovered, and there are no longer delays in porting activities.
