We've identified the issue and we're currently working on developing and deploying a fix. We have confirmed the issue is only affecting LIDB updates in the dashboard. Updates to follow.

Investigating
We're currently investigating an issue causing LIDB orders submitted in the dashboard to to be stuck in processing and not completing. Relevant teams are engaged internally and with our vendor on the issue. It's not known at this time if submitted requests will eventually process, so we advise refraining from submitting new LIDB orders until resolved. Thank you for your patience.
