Update: Local Mark Impairment is due to a fiber cut. The circuit is up and stable at this time. We are currently waiting on the carrier to give the all-clear.

Update: Carrier has confirmed there is a major outage impacting multiple customers, including this location. Splicing crews have been notified and the crew is in the process of isolating the cable damage. No ETTR at this time.
