Update
We’re continuing to engage with our industry partner to identify the underlying cause of the failed deliveries. At this time they appear to only occur on messages to VZ mobile numbers. We’ll advise once we have further updates.

Investigating
Bandwidth teams are investigating an incident where Messaging DLRs are delayed or fail to populate. This is impacting DLRs for Toll Free Outbound, Short Code Outbound, and Long Code SMS Outbound messages. All teams are actively engaged.
