Bandwidth will be performing emergency network maintenance in our DFW data center. Bandwidth is taking every measure available to ensure impact is minimal however, customers may observe a brief loss in service. Customers should be prepared to receive from and route to their corresponding geo-redundant locations to prevent service disruption.
911 Services: Bandwidth advises customers to route their 911 traffic to the ATL data center.
Outbound Voice Services: Bandwidth advises that customers route outbound calls through their geo-redundant site.
SMS/MMS Messaging: We advise customers to point their outbound message traffic to our LAX data center to avoid any service disruption.
