We’ve identified the issue. At this time we are still storing recordings and transcriptions, and call info is delayed for customers due to queuing. Updates will be provided as they become available.

We’re investigating an issue causing degradation of the HTTP voice network regarding hung up call info. We can still store recordings and transcriptions, but call info is not available. Relevant teams are engaged.
