Between 09:49 - 10:38 UTC on November 20, Bandwidth customers may have encountered intermittent disruptions to outbound calls through our Brussels data center.
Bandwidth is continuing to investigate this issue to identify the root cause and all actions necessary to prevent this from recurring and will update this post with an Incident Report after investigations have concluded.

This incident affected: Belgium Calling Services (Outbound Calling - Belgium) and Portals (Bandwidth International (fka Voxbone) Portal).
