Bandwidth will be performing maintenance on our DFW Edge Proxies. While every effort is being taken to reduce impact to calls, the proxies will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes during the maintenance window.
JFK Proxies will be unaffected during this event. DFW Proxy customers may choose to point all traffic at JFK to ensure no interruption to service.
Customers currently connected directly to Bandwidth SBCs will not be impacted by this maintenance and can ignore this maintenance notification.
