Off-Net Port Completion Incident

Between 14:38 - 15:40 UTC on July 10, the industry porting vendor encountered a minor impairment which had the potential for impacting Bandwidth customer port requests.
Bandwidth remained engaged throughout the incident until the industry porting vendor resolved their impairment. After further investigation, Bandwidth observed there was no impact to customers and all port requests completed as expected.
Due to the lack of impact, Bandwidth is closing this incident and this will be the extent of the information we will provide for this issue. If you have any questions, please contact us through the Bandwidth support portal.
