Bandwidth will be performing maintenance on voice proxies within our DFW data center.
Voice traffic in DFW will experience a one-time drop of any calls that are in the setup/initialization process during the maintenance window. It is anticipated this interruption will only last a few minutes.
The voice proxies in JFK will be unaffected during this event. Customers may choose to point all voice traffic to JFK during the maintenance event to ensure no interruption to service.
NOTE: Customers currently connected directly to Bandwidth SBC's will not be impacted by this maintenance and can ignore this maintenance notification.
