Between 20:35 UTC on October 30 and 03:16 UTC November 3, customers encountered a disruption in the ability to validate non-North American addresses.
Bandwidth is continuing to investigate this issue to identify all actions necessary to prevent this from recurring and will update this post with an Incident Report after investigations have concluded.
