Bandwidth has concluded its investigation of this issue and determined that between 14:00 - 17:41 UTC on July 31, orders placed in the Bandwidth Dashboard were completed however, order completion notifications to customers were hung in the queue and not immediately delivered. Upon the resolution of the incident, Bandwidth re-sent the affected notifications held in the queue.
Due to the limited scope of impact, Bandwidth is closing this incident and this will be the extent of the information we will provide for this issue. If you have any questions, please contact us through the Bandwidth support portal.
