Bandwidth will be performing maintenance on outbound proxies within our JFK data center.

Outbound voice traffic in JFK will experience a one-time drop of any calls that are in the setup/initialization process during the maintenance window. It is anticipated this interruption will only last a few seconds. Any calls already established will not be impacted.

The outbound proxies in the DFW and LAX locations will be unaffected during this event. Customers may choose to point all traffic at the unaffected locations during the maintenance event to ensure no interruption to service.

NOTE: Customers currently connected directly to Bandwidth SBC's will not be impacted by this maintenance and can ignore this maintenance notification.
