For a brief period, Toll-Free Messages & DLRs for inbound and Outbound traffic for Rogers Telecommunications in Canada were delayed in delivery. At this time, the Rogers Telecommunications network is stable, and Bandwidth is observing expected Messaging and DLR Behavior. The Bandwidth network was not the cause of this incident.
