Bandwidth has identified an incident on the Verizon network impacting inbound Toll-Free SMS message deliverability. Inbound Toll-Free SMS messages to Bandwidth are intermittently delayed or fail in delivery. The Bandwidth network is operating as expected, this incident is isolated to the Verizon Network.
