Between October 31 19:42 - November 1 00:40 UTC, customers encountered issues loading numbers into their account in the Bandwidth Global Portal and API.
Bandwidth is continuing to investigate this issue to identify the root cause and all actions necessary to prevent this from recurring and will update this post with an Incident Report after investigations have concluded.
