Bandwidth will be performing maintenance to migrate the 911 Dashboard to a more secure platform. As a result, 911 Dashboard IPs will be updated.
There will be no interruption to 911 services during this maintenance, however, customers will need to evaluate connectivity to the 911 Dashboard.
Customers using hostnames to access the 911 Dashboard will not need to take any further action. Bandwidth will be updating our DNS entries to point the hostnames to new IP addresses. Customers using explicit IP addresses to access the hostnames will need to switch hostnames. Customers unable to use hostnames should switch to new IPs at the conclusion of the maintenance to ensure no interruption in services. The old IPs will be active for 7 days after the maintenance.
