Bandwidth will be performing maintenance on our Emergency Voice Service (EVS) platform in the DFW data center. While necessary steps are being taken to minimize impact to 911 calling, Bandwidth advises that EVS customers route all calls through the geo-redundant ATL data center to eliminate potential impact for the duration of the maintenance window.
There will be no impact to the EVS provisioning portal.
