Bandwidth is has seen MMS function return to normal during monitoring and we're considering the issue resolved.
Monitoring
Our partner has confirmed the maintenance was completed and so far MMS testing with the affected carrier is looking good. We will continue to monitor until we receive confirmation from our partner they consider the issue resolved.
Identified
Bandwidth has been advised by our partner that a fix for addressing the issue with the carrier will deployed during the maintenance tonight between 10pm-8am after which they will perform testing. Our next update will come tomorrow as they become available.
Update
We are continuing to work with our industry partner and the carrier to identify the cause of this issue and we'll continue to provide updates as they become available.
Investigating
Bandwidth has been notified by our industry partner of an issue with a major carrier originating MMS messages to Toll-Free numbers. Customers may be experiencing long delays and/or failure of MMS Messages from a major carrier to Toll-Free Numbers. The issue has been escalated with the carrier and they are currently investigating.
