Bandwidth will be performing maintenance on the Bandwidth Dashboard. During the maintenance window, the Bandwidth Dashboard portal and API will be intermittently inaccessible.
During the periods of inaccessibility, customers will be unable to search inventory, view orders, place orders or perform any other portal/API functions. API calls to the Bandwidth Dashboard will time-out with no response.
Due to the nature of this change, customers connecting to the Bandwidth Dashboard via inetwork.com will experience a longer window of impact during the maintenance and are advised to change their connection from the legacy URL to dashboard.bandwidth.com.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Portals (Bandwidth Dashboard) and Number Management Services (New Number Ordering, Number Porting, Inbound Calling - Caller ID Lookup (CNAM), Line Feature Management).
