Bandwidth has concluded its investigation of this issue and determined that between 19:40 - 19:42 UTC on August 28, a small portion of calls destined for our ATL data center voice switches may have encountered disconnections or minimal post-dial-delay (PDD).

The BWUS voice network experienced a brief disruption over ATL between 3:40pm and 3:42pm ET which may have caused unexpected call behavior. We've confirmed stability with the network at this time and are considering the incident resolved.
