Bandwidth will be performing an emergency network maintenance in our ATL and DFW data centers. Bandwidth is taking every measure available to ensure impact is minimal. However, customers may observe a brief loss in service.
Customers should be prepared to receive from and route to their corresponding geo-redundant location during the following windows:
ATL 00:00 - 02:00 ET
911 Services: Bandwidth advises customers to route their 911 traffic to the DFW data center during this time to prevent any impact to 911 calls.
Outbound Voice Services: Bandwidth advises that customers route all calls through their geo-redundant site during this time to eliminate any potential impact.
DFW 02:00 - 04:00 ET
911 Services: Bandwidth advises customers to route their 911 traffic to the ATL data center during this time to prevent any impact to 911 calls.
Outbound Voice Services: Bandwidth advises that customers route all calls through their geo-redundant site during this time to eliminate any potential impact.
SMS/MMS Messaging Services: Additionally, Bandwidth advises customer to point their outbound messaging traffic to the LAX data center to avoid any disruption to messages.
