Monitoring
Bandwidth teams have been made aware of a regional fiber cut in the coastal area of South Carolina affecting the ability of some PSAPs in that area from receiving 911 calls. Although the fiber impacted is offnet to Bandwidth and is that which serves the affected PSAPs, we wanted to make you aware of this and that Bandwidth customers may have 911 calls route to the ECC and then to a regional PSAP who may be available and/or not impacted by the fiber cut.
